By accessing and using SplitTrackr ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SplitTrackr is a web-based application that helps users split bills and track shared expenses among groups of people such as roommates, friends, and family members. The service includes features for bill creation, payment tracking, notifications, and team management.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our service, you must:

• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Acceptable Use

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

SplitTrackr offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features such as SMS notifications, advanced analytics, and increased limits.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SplitTrackr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SplitTrackr, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SplitTrackr and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
